FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PELAYANAN ANTENATAL CARE DI BIDAN DESA KUNGKAI KECAMATAN BANGKO WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BANGKO TAHUN 2021

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is a health problem that until now has not been resolved completely. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2010 the causes of maternal deaths in Indonesia were 42% bleeding, 13% eclampsia, 11% abortion complications, 10% infection and prolonged labor (9%). Efforts are being made to improve the quality of obstetric and neonatal emergency services by ensuring priority medical interventions that have a major impact on reducing mortality and clinical governance are implemented in hospitals and health centers. This condition is because the real ANC coverage is the performance of service providers and community satisfaction with the services provided.

This research is an analytical survey study using cross sectional design carried out in the Kungkai Village Midwife in Bangko Subdistrict, Bangko Health Center Working Area, this research was conducted in Januari 2021.

Based on the results of the research discussion Factors related to satisfaction of ANC services in the Kungkai Village Midwife in 2021 can be concluded as follows: Distribution of the antenatal care IKM value of 56.6 with C service quality and service performance less satisfied. There is a relationship between the age of pregnant women and satisfaction with ANC services with X² 5.05. There is a significant relationship between education and maternal satisfaction with antenatal care with X² 5.7. There is a significant relationship between work status and maternal satisfaction with ANC services with X² 5.7.

It is hoped that the Kungkai Village Midwife can increase the satisfaction of pregnant women, besides improving service quality on aspects of satisfaction, it also gives priority attention to pregnant women who are young, highly educated and pregnant women who work
