HUBUNGAN UMUR DENGAN KEJADIAN HYPEREMISIS GRAVIDARUM PADA IBU HAMIL DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KOLONEL ABUNDJANI BANGKO TAHUN 2022

Background: Pregnancy is a physiological process that occurs in every woman.
Pregnancy is also very visible for every woman, especially for married couples who
have built a household. Hyperemesis gravidarum is nausea and vomiting that occurs in
pregnant women in the first trimester (12 weeks). Nausea and vomiting are common
things in early pregnancy, namely in the first semester, nausea and vomiting due to
estrogen levels evaporating, nausea and vomiting usually occur in the morning.
Therefore it is also called morning sickness. Pregnancy at a young age is one of the
factors causing hyperemesis. This is related to the psychological condition of pregnant
women.Research Method: The research design is case control. The research was
conducted at Kol. Abundjani Bangko in January 2024. Data from secondary data, the
sample for this study was 120 hyperemesis gravidarum mothers, sampling was taken
using total sampling for a 1:1 comparison between cases and controls. Checklist
research instruments, Research Results: Univariate research results showed that the
majority of ages were not at risk, 63 (52.5%) respondents, parity 64 (53.3%)
respondents. From the SPSS test results, it was found that there was a significant
relationship between age p-value 0.001 and parity p-value 0.028 with the incidence of
HEG at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital in 2022.Conclusion: There is
a significant relationship between the variables age and parity and the incidence of HEG
at the Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital in 2022. It is hoped that the
Colonel Abundjani Bangko Regional Hospital can improve services for HEG cases.
