GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK IBU BERSALIN DENGAN KEJADIAN KETUBAN PECAH DINI ( KPD ) DI RUMAH SAKIT ANDIMAS TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Background: Spontaneous/earlypremature rupture of the membranes (PROM) is the rupture of the membranes before birth or before there are signs of labor, namely if the opening in primi is lessthan3cmandinmultiparaislessthan5cm.Prematureruptureofmembranesisspontaneous rupture of the amniotic membrane before 5 cm dilation. PROM is the rupture of the membranes beforedeliverywhichoccurs attheend ofpregnancyorlongbefore.Thecausalfactors could be age, parity, and excessive work. Based on data obtained from medical records at Andimas Hospital in 2022

ResearchMethod:Thisresearchisadescriptivestudywithacrosssectionaldesign,theresearch location is Andimas Hospital in 2022, in September 2023, with a target of 28 samples. The aim is to determine the characteristics of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes.

ResearchResults:TheageofpregnantwomenwiththeincidenceofKPDwas9people(64.2%) and 5 (41.7%) were not at risk, 10 (71.4%) were at risk and 4 (28.5%) were not at risk. %), and jobs at risk were 12 (85.7%) and jobs that were not at risk were 2 (14.2%).

Conclusion: The majority of pregnant women are of age without risk, parity is at risk and have jobsthatarenotatrisk.ItishopedthatAndimasHospitalwillbeabletomakeappropriateefforts to handle the incidence of premature rupture of membranes with PROM so as to minimize complications for mother and baby.
