Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is found almost all over the world, especially in tropical and subtropical countries. The incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has increased dramatically worldwide in recent decades. WHO estimates around 390 million dengue infections per year (credible interval 284-528 million), of which 96 million (67-136 million) are clinically manifested (WHO, 2018). Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the types of infectious diseases caused by viruses and transmitted by vectors. The dengue virus is the cause of this disease. In 2022 there were 29 cases of DHF at the Pematang Kandis Health Center, in 2023 there were 26 cases at the Pematang Kandis Health Center and in 2024 there were 13 cases at the Pematang Kandis Health Center. This research is a qualitative research. Qualitative research in this case is a procedure or steps that will produce descriptive data in the form of words or spoken from predetermined informants and observed behavior. Research Results: In the success of the DHF program, the availability of Input is needed, including Human Resources, Facilities/Infrastructure, funds from Health Operational Assistance and Methods according to the technical instructions. Input is a resource consumed by a system related to the implementation of the DHF program. Output/achievement of each DHF program activity that has not yet reached the target and success criteria. Outcome can be seen from the increase and decrease in the number of DHF cases after the implementation of the activity. Based on the results of the interview regarding the Input contained in the DHF program where each aspect gives rise to different components according to the information in this study. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the DHF program at the Pematang Kandis Health Center includes HR, facilities/infrastructure, funds and methods.
