PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG MOBILISASI DINI POST SECTIO CAESARIA TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU POST PARTUM SECTIO CAESARIA
Abstract
One way of early mobilization in post-cesarean section is by making changes in movement and position. This must be explained to mothers and their families who are waiting so that they understand the importance of early mobilization and it must be continuous so that it can help blood flow throughout the body, so that the body is able to produce burning and building substances that help. The impact if post-cesarean section mothers do not mobilize early, one of them is reduced blood circulation throughout the body, blood clotting in the veins of the abdominal pelvic muscles becomes loose, resulting in stress incontinence. This research design is Quasi Experimental, one group pre test-post test, which was conducted at the Colonel Abundajani Bangko District Hospital from January to March 2024 with a sample size of 43 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire to assess knowledge before health education regarding early mobilization and after education. health regarding early mobilization. The Wilcoxon test results obtained a Z value of -5.756 with a significance of 0.05 and a p value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis was accepted, namely that there was a difference in the level of knowledge of early mobilization in post-cesarean mothers before and after receiving health education. There is an influence on the mother's level of knowledge post caesarean section before and after being given health education about early mobilization post caesarean section.
