HUBUNGAN KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN FISIK RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEMATANG KANDIS TAHUN 2023

Abstract

Globally Indonesia is ranked 3rd with the highest tuberculosis sufferers in the wor ld after India and China, anestimated 9.9 million people suffer from pulmonary tuberculosisin 2020. There was an increase in pulmonary tuberculosis cases in the Merangin Regency Health Office Working Area in 2021 (22.20%), increasing in 2022 to (27.58%). An initial survey at the Pematang Kandis Health Center in 2023 found the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis at (54.10%). This research is quantitative research with analytical design, cross sectional approach, conducted in the Working Area of the Pematang Kandis Health Centerin August 2023.The study population of all patients who haddonea sputum test and received a doctor's diagnosis amounted to 61 people. Total Sampling technique. The instruments used questionnaires and observation sheets were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis. The majority of responden tshada 52 qualified house floor type (85.25%), an unqualified house occupancy density of 32 (52.46%) and an unqualified house ventilation area of 39 (63.93%). Statistical test results between the type of house floor with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis (p-value = 1.000), house occupancy density (p-value=0.101)and ventilation are a of the house with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis (p-value = 0.019).
