Breast milk production can be influenced by two factors, namely production and expenditure. Breast milk production is influenced by the hormone prolactin, while production is influenced by the hormone oxytocin. The hormone oxytocin will be released through stimulation of the nipple through sucking on the baby's mouth or through massage on the mother's spine. By massaging the spine, the mother will feel calm and relaxed, increasing the taste threshold, so that the hormone oxytocin will come out and breast milk will come out quickly.
